Our Policies
Payment
- $60 a day plus any card processing fees.
- Multiple dog discounts available.
- Payment is due in full at time of reservation.
(Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards accepted)Reservations for new clients are confirmed and charged after initial intake interview.
You’re welcome to pick your dog up early should your trip end prematurely; however no refunds are available for shortened stays. Should your trip be extended, your dog is welcome to stay safely with us until you’re home. Payment for additional days will be due at time of pick up.
Cancellations
We’re a small facility, preferring to maintain fewer spaces in order to provide more hands-on, family-style care. As such, we can’t afford cancellations. Please plan your schedule carefully before making reservations.
Cancellations will be of billed amount. Cancellations two weeks prior to the reservation will receive a full refund (minus any credit card fees). Cancellations after that will not be refunded but will be held as credit for future reservations.
No refunds for cancellations during the following holiday weeks –
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
- New Years
